Apart from the fact that Vibram Five Fingers look freekin' awesome! When running in them you very quickly realize how weak we really have become from wearing "running shoes".

Our feet, ankles and calves have had a "free-ride", but Vibram Five fingers will strengthen them up to where they should be in order to properly support a proper running stride and gait!
